Juror #4 was actually thought to be unfairly in favour of an acquital, and was under external pressure to convict, for all you tifnoil hat folks out there.

Kozlowski is a jackass and a blight on the business world, but facts are facts. She actually gave them thumbs-up signs and whatnot in the courtroom ... they had her sketch on the front page of the WSJ doing it.
